Beijing&Shenzhen:No office Hours,Full-time ESL Teachers Wanted!

Job details:
1.To teach English for students of Primary/Middle schools, aged 6-14.
2.5 working days/week,  4-8 classes/day.  

Qualification&Requirements:
1. candidates of US/UK/AUS/CA/NZ/Ireland/SA, aged 22-50.
2. Bachelor degree or highe.  
3. 2 years English teaching experience
4.or hold TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching certificates.

Salary&Benefits:
1. Monthly salary: 25K-30K  
2. 2K housing allowance/mon

4, 5K Fligh allowance paid when finishing 1-year contract.
5. 1-mon Winter holidays&2-mon Summer holidays.

Job Description
1.Working Hours: 40 working hours based on 5 days/week, 8 hours/day. (2 days off during weekdays)
2.Teaching Hours: Up to 100 hours (no more than 25 hours per week). During peak seasons (July and/or August, January and/or February) there may be 20% raise in teaching hours according to center needs.
3.Length of Contract: Prefer Two-year renewable contract with three-month probation. Salary raise for second-year is based on the first-year performance and evaluation.
4. Class Size: 6-12 students aged 4-15 years

Compensation and Benefits
1.Base Salary: 22000-26000 before tax
2,Monthly Teaching Service Bonus:500RMB starting from the second year of employment. An additional 500RMB for each subsequent year.
3.Housing Allowance:4,000 RMB/month (depends on city)
4. Annual bonus: up to 110% of the one-month salary based on year-end Performance Evaluation.

Requirements:
1.Candidates from US/UK/CA/AUS/NZ/Ireland/SA
